UN ACTE CIVIQUE POUR L'ARMENIE
Compte tenu de la situation économique et géographique de l’Arménie, la défense de son territoire sans armes modernes et sans le soutien d’autres Etats puissamment armés sera impossible.
Profitant des conflits de diverses nations qui ont un agenda politique bien chargé – que cela soit entre la France et l’Allemagne en 1914 -1918, la Russie et l'Ukraine en 2022 ou d'autres, l’Azerbaïdjan et la Turquie ont le chemin tout tracé pour mener des hostilités envers l'Arménie .
Dans ce cas, les deux nations citées ci-dessus, hostiles et haineuses contre l’Arménie « obtiennent » en quelque sorte un « quitus » pour attaquer l’Arménie.
Cet état de fait, dans leur esprit, se résume à « finir le travail » . [ A ce rythme, l’Arménie n’existera plus dans peu de temps ] L’ « étau » se resserre d'année en année, et [ l’anéantissement de l’Arménie sera inexorable].
Il n’est pas inutile de rappeler ici pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas l’histoire arménienne que les massacres ont commencé bien avant 1915, et ont continué pendant plus d’un siècle d’une manière systématique jusqu’à nos jours. En 1915 l’anéantissement de plus d’un millions et demi des arméniens, en 1918 à Bakou, en 1919 à nouveau, en 1920 Chouchi, en 2020 l’invasion de Haut Karabah et en 2022 et les récentes attaques confirment la continuité des massacres des arméniens comme il a été cité plus haut.
Bien que l’aide de l’Occident à l’Arménie pour sa structure soit appréciable, la défense de son territoire, quant à elle, reste le point clé de son existence.
Trouver une solution pour son existence ne pourrait se faire que par des grandes nations ayant une puissance militaire. Par déduction, ces nations sont l’Amérique, la France, la Russie et peut-être quelques autres non hostiles à l’Arménie.
En partant de cette hypothèse, il ne reste plus qu'à convaincre les grandes nations et leurs présidents, non pas à faire la guerre contre la Turquie et l’Azerbaïdjan, (n’en déplaise aux marchands d’armes), mais à agir politiquement et économiquement.
Pour sauver l’Arménie, la seule arme à notre porté est un acte civique. Si tant est que cela puisse influencer les dirigeants des grandes nations.
Pour ce faire, une petite lettre dans le bulletin de vote serait une solution envisageable. Comme par exemple…
Monsieur le futur Président de la République…
Compte tenu de la situation de l'Arménie (ma patrie de cœur), attaquée de manière incessante, je vous invite en toute première urgence à prendre position contre la Turquie, l' Azerbaïdjan et contre les pays qui collaborent à la destruction de l'Arménie.
En second lieu , je vous demande d'empêcher et de stopper les attaques contre le territoire arménien, selon le mode opératoire que vous choisirez. Tant que vous ne réagirez pas d'une manière efficace pour protéger l’Arménie, son territoire et son peuple qui souffre , par ce libellé, mon bulletin de vote sera nul.
A civic act for Armenia
In view of the economic and geographic situation of Armenia to-day the defence ofthe territory without modern weapons and without the support of some better armed countries , will be impossible.
Profiting by the conflict opposing various nations which have a very heavy political agenda, whether in the past , ( France/Germany in 1914/18) , Russia/Ukrainia in 2022, Azerbaidjan and Turquey have an easy way to lead hostilities against Armenia.These 2 countries, hostile ans hateful, against Armenia get sort of a quitus to attack Armenia.They just want to »end up the job » : Armenia will no longer exist in a very short time.The noose is tightening year after year and the annihilation of Armenia will be inexorable.
It is useful to remind for those who do not know the Armenian history that massacres began much earlier than 1915 and went on systematically up to now.In 1915 the killing of more than 1 million and a half Armenians in Bakou i n 1918, in1919 again ; in Chouchi in 2020.The invasion in 2020 of High Karabah in 2022 the late attacks confirm the continuity of these massacres of Armenians.
Though help from the Western World to Armenia is appreciable, the defence of its territory remains the key point of its existence. Finding a solution to protect its existence depends mostly on the help of great nations with appropriate military power such as the USA, France, Russia and maybe some others…
To do so it is a must to urgently convince their leaders and presidents not to go at war with Turquey and Azerbaidjan but to act politically and economically to put pressure on the belligerants
To save Armenia the only weapon is a civic act hoping it might influence the leaders of great nations .
Civil acts such as a letter to our president in view of the situation of Armenia my homeland of the heart, , attacked endlessly, first I urgently insist on taking efficient actions against Turkey, Azerbaidjan and other countries collaborating to the destruction of Armenia.
Secondly as long as you president do not act aiming at protecting Armenia’s people and territory, I will not grant you any support through my vote at elections.
Betrifft: Ziviler Akt für Armenien
Unter der Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen und geografischen Lage Armeniens wird die Verteidigung seines Territoriums ohne moderne Waffen und ohne die Unterstützung anderer schwer bewaffneten Staaten nicht möglich sein. Aserbaidschan und die Türkei nutzten und nutzen die Konflikte verschiedener Nationen, die eine geschäftige politische Agenda haben - ob zwischen Frankreich und Deutschland in den Jahren 1914-1918, Russland und der Ukraine im Jahr 2022 … - und haben einen klar markierten Weg, um Feindseligkeiten gegen Armenien zu führen. Die Vernichtung von mehr als anderthalb Millionen Armeniern 1915, Baku 1918, erneut in Sotschi 1919, die Invasion von Bergkarabah 2020 und die jüngsten Angriffe 2022 bestätigen die Kontinuität der oben erwähnten Massaker an Armeniern. Obwohl die Strukturhilfe des Westens für Armenien beträchtlich ist, bleibt die Verteidigung seines Territoriums der Schlüsselpunkt seiner Existenz. Eine Lösung für seine Existenz zu finden, konnte nur von großen Nationen mit militärischer Macht erreicht werden. Um Armenien zu retten, ist die einzige Waffe, die uns zur Verfügung steht, ein bürgerlicher Akt, der die großen Nationen beeinflussen kann, damit die Staatschefs politisch und wirtschaftlich für Armenien handeln.
Geehrter Herr Präsident der Republik,
Angesichts der Situation Armeniens (meiner Heimat des Herzens), das ständig angegriffen wurde, bitte ich Sie ausdrücklich, gegen die Türkei, Aserbaidschan und die Länder, die an der Zerstörung Armeniens mitwirken, Stellung zu nehmen, damit die Angriffe auf armenisches Territorium verhindert und gestoppt werden. Ich bitte Sie, diesen Zivilen Akt zur Unterstützung Armenien und seines leidenden Volkes zu berücksichtigen, damit ich meine Bürgerpflicht erfüllen kann.

Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի տնտեսական և աշխարհագրական իրավիճակը.
Նրա տարածքի պաշտպանությունն առանց ժամանակակից զենքի և առանց հզոր զինված այլ պետությունների աջակցության անհնար կլինի։
Օգտվելով տարբեր ազգերի հակամարտություններից, որոնք ունեն զբաղված քաղաքական օրակարգ՝ լինի դա Ֆրանսիայի և Գերմանիայի միջև 1914-1918թթ., Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև 2022թ., թե այլոց, Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան ունեն Հայաստանի դեմ ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու հստակ ճանապարհ:
Տվյալ դեպքում Հայաստանի դեմ թշնամաբար տրամադրված և ատելությամբ տրամադրված երկու ժողովուրդները ինչ-որ կերպ «արտահոսում» են Հայաստանի վրա հարձակվելու համար։
Իրերի այս վիճակը, նրանց մտքում, հանգում է «գործն ավարտելու»։ [Այս տեմպերով Հայաստանն այլևս չի լինի կարճ ժամանակում] Տարեցտարի «օղակը» ձգվում է, և [Հայաստանի բնաջնջումն անողոք է լինելու].

Հայաստանը փրկելու համար մեր ձեռքի տակ եղած միակ զենքը քաղաքացիական ակտն է. Եթե դա կարող է ազդել մեծ ազգերի առաջնորդների վրա։
Դրա համար հնարավոր լուծում կլիներ քվեաթերթիկում փոքրիկ տառը: Օրինակ…

Նկատի ունենալով Հայաստանի (իմ սրտի հայրենիք) իրավիճակը.
անդադար հարձակվելով, ես ձեզ հրավիրում եմ հրատապ կերպով հանդես գալ ընդդեմ Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և այն երկրների, որոնք համագործակցում են Հայաստանի կործանման գործում։
Երկրորդ՝ խնդրում եմ կանխել և դադարեցնել հարձակումները հայկական տարածքի դեմ՝ ձեր ընտրած գործելաոճի համաձայն։ Քանի դեռ դուք արդյունավետ կերպով չեք արձագանքում՝ պաշտպանելու Հայաստանը, նրա տարածքը, նրա տառապյալ ժողովրդին, այս ձևակերպմամբ իմ քվեաթերթիկը անվավեր է լինելու։
